　チャック・ノリス演じるニンジャが、養父のもとで袂をわかった兄のニンジャ養成学校をぶっつぶす話。普通の映画からいえばネムたいが、ニンジャ映画中では先達の部類に属するいい方の映画。チャック・ノリスは水中でつぶやいてるようなひとりごとをずっとつぶやいているだけだし、生徒に簡単にやられるニンジャ軍団も痛々しい。ヤマシタ・タダシの鎌ヌンチャクはいいんだが、敵ボス役にも関わらずまともな格闘シーンを全く演じていない。むしろノリスと部下の仮面ニンジャ（リチャード・ノートン？）との対決が見どころか。リー・バン・クリーフはザ・忍者マスターとの関連で師匠役かと思うだろうが、ノリスの友人の殺し屋役。相変わらずカメに忍術教えてそうな鷲鼻ですな。
